The doctor describes Harini’s condition as critical and she thanks Ishaan and says that if you were not there today, she might not have been able to do all this and would have lost Tai too.

Ishaan holds Savi’s hand and says “Savi vo mein”. He is about to tell that Savi’s family members died because of him, then suddenly Akka Sahib comes and starts her own drama. Whereas Reeva feels that Ishaan is hiding something.
Then Akka Sahib takes Ishaan home. Reeva and Ishaan’s engagement is going on in full swing, while Ishaan remains under a lot of tension and does not feel like getting married. His entire attention is towards Savi only.
