The show Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein starts from the hospital where the doctor tells Savi about Harni’s condition and she keeps crying sitting near Harni. Then Karan comes there and pretends to be nice in front of Savi.
He says please let me take care of my wife, I have hurt her a lot. Savi goes to freshen up after some time. Karan comes to Harni and says that even after donating my blood, your chances of survival are very less.

He says that after your death, I will fulfill all the desires with your sister which I could never do, Savi my love. Harni hears all the words said by Karan and she regains consciousness.
By then Karan is gone. On the other hand, the Haldi ceremony is going on in the Bhosale family where everyone celebrates it with great pomp.
In the same hospital, Savi would fold her hands in front of Bappa and say, please cure my Tai, please give me at least one drop of peace, God. Then a cotton seed falls on Savi. Savi hits the middle of the cotton with her hand and throws it away and starts praying to God that her Tai gets cured as soon as possible.
On the other hand, a cotton seed also falls on Ishaan. He looks towards Reeva and he thinks that perhaps he is getting married to Reeva, that is why this cotton seed has fallen. While Akka Sahib takes Haldi for Reeva, Ishaan demands to take Haldi for Rewa.
Everyone agrees and starts laughing. On the other hand, Harni regains consciousness and takes Ishaan’s name again and again. Now whether she is taking Ishaan’s name again and again to tell Savi the truth or is there going to be another twist, this will not be known in the upcoming episode.
