- R. Madhavan as Rati Pandey, who is the General Manager of Central Railway zone in Indian Railways. He tries to save many people by going against the authority orders.
- Kay Kay Menon as Iftekaar Siddiqui, he is the station master of Bhopal Station
- Divyenndu as Balwant Yadav, he performs the role of a dacoit
- Babil Khan as Imad Riaz, a newly selected railway worker and he is a former employee of Union Carbide.

The Railway Men Episodes
There are total of 4 episode in the web series and each episode is around 50-56 minutes long. The summary and titles of the episodes are as follows:
- Episode 1: In the first episode it is shown that the workers at Union carbide are working under negligible safety protocols. After that Imad Riaz who earlier worked at Union Carbide met journalist Kumawat and tells him the story of his friend who died due to toxic gas inhalation at the factory. He tells him that he promised his friend’s wife to support them and even after complaining to the authorities management took no action and fired him instead. Kumawat records each and every details about it and tried to contact Kamruddin, who works at Union Carbide and he helps Kumawat and tries to give him information about lack of safety of the factory.
- Episode 2: In 1984, the gas leaked due bad condition of equipments at the plant. After the gas leakage Kamruddin vacated the plant and gave his life while trying to stop the gas leakage. The gas flowed into the air and reached the city after that people started to fall ill and no one understood why it was happening. The station master Iftekaar Siddiqui with the help of Balwant tried to save as many people as he can. He ordered the trains to leave the platform as soon as possible.
- Episode 3: As the gas spreads all around the city, there were no help from outside and the authorities diverted the routes of the train away from Bhopal Junction. Rati Pandey, the general manager who was on the last duty of his retirement got to know the condition in Bhopal. He contacted Rajeshwari Janglay who is in railway department and ask for help. She talks about the situation and there was no sign of help. After that Rati Pandey ask everyone to help and took the GM special train with all the required medics to Bhopal.
- Episode 4: Imad Riaz, Iftekaar, Balwant, Rati Pandey tries there best to save life of the people during the gas leak. On one side with the help of Iftekaar, Imad Riaz divert the GM special train that could collide on platform no. 1. Rati Pandey arrives on Bhopal Junction and gives immediate help to the people suffering from gas leak the the Bhopal Junction. Iftekaar, the station master sacrifices his life to save the people on Bhopal Junction. Imad Riaz also died due to intoxication. At the end Iftekaar naturally wakes up when he was about to be buried.
